Paul Hart

PAUL HART is the Finance Director and Company Secretary of Loftus Road
Plc. Born in August 1965 in Portsmouth, England, Mr Hart grew up in
London. After attending Chislehurst and Sidcup Grammar School, he went
to Edinburgh University to study medicine. After one year he changed
courses and graduated with a joint honours degree in Mathematics and
Statistics. After University he joined Touche Ross (now known as
Deloitte & Touche) in 1988 and managed audit assignments for such
clients as Taylor Woodrow Plc, Southern Business Group Plc, Royal
Botanic Gardens, Kew and Tottenham Hotspur Plc as well as the
preparation of working capital reports and presentations. In 1995 Mr
Hart was approached to become Financial Controller of Queens Park
Rangers Football & Athletic Club Limited and was appointed Financial
Director in 1996 shortly before the company was acquired by Loftus Road
Plc. After acquisition he was appointed Finance Director & Company
Secretary of Loftus Road Plc in September 1996. Mr Hart lives in London
with his partner and two year old son, and his interests include sport
and cryptic crosswords.
