Paul Gallagher

PAUL GALLAGHER joined Hirsch International as its Chief Operating
Officer in September 2001. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Gallagher
was employed by Cornerstone Group Inc., a consulting firm focused on
corporate turnarounds and restructurings, as well as mergers and
acquisitions. Mr. Gallagher received a Bachelor of Science from the
University of Cincinnati in 1976 and an MBA from Xavier University in
1978.
