Paul G. Manca

PAUL G. MANCA joined the Company in May 1995 as Vice President and Chief
Financial Officer. From March 1993 to May 1995, he was the managing
director and group head of the Communications Group at BZW/Barclays
Bank. Mr. Manca joined BZW/Barclays Bank as Vice President, Merchant
Banking Division in February 1987. From June 1980 to February 1987, Mr.
Manca was employed in the corporate finance group of the Canadian
Imperial Bank of Commerce. He received a B.A. degree in Economics from
the University of California, Berkeley and an M.B.A. degree in Finance
from Golden Gate University.
