PAUL F. MCLAUGHLIN is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of
Rudolph Technologies, Inc. headquartered in Flanders, New Jersey.
Mr. McLaughlin joined Rudolph in 1996 as President and Chief
Executive Officer and was named Chairman in January 2000. Mr.
McLaughlin has over 20 years experience in the semiconductor
capital equipment industry. He received a Bachelor of
Metallurgical Engineering degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic
Institute, a Master in Metallurgy and Materials Science from
Lehigh University and a Master in Business Administration from
Harvard University.
