PAUL DINTE, a native Australian, is founder and President of Dinte
Resources, Inc. Under his stewardship, the firm has developed into one

appointment companies in the United States. For more than 18 years, Paul
has been a leader in the Management Consulting, Interim Executive and
Retained Executive Search industry, in the UK, Australia and the United

variety of fields. Having previously served in executive positions with
Peat Marwick and Warner Communications, Paul Dinte has gained the
valuable experience of working on four continents — in countries
including Australia, England, Japan, Bolivia, Sweden, Uruguay and the
United States. Paul’s business expertise centers around helping
organizations to develop business strategies, enhance operations, and
address their interim and long-term resourcing needs. Mr. Dinte holds a
Business degree from the University of New South Wales in Sydney,
Australia. He is a Certified Information Systems Consultant and a member
of the Australian Institute of Chartered Accountants.
