Paul Clark

Paul Clark is currently CEO and President of ICOS Corporation and a
member of the board of directors. Mr. Clark has twenty-five years of
experience in the pharmaceutical industry and was most recently with
ABBott Laboratories for fourteen years. While at Abbott he was
Executive Vice President, a member of the board of directors and,
previous to that, President of the Pharmaceuticals Division. Previous
experiences include senior positions in marketing and sales with Marion
Laboratories and Sandoz Pharmaceuticals (now Novartis). Mr. Clark
received his B.S. in Finance from the University of Alabama, and his MBA
from Dartmouth College, Amos Tuck School. He is a member of the
University of Alabama National Advisory Board.
