Paul C. Lancaster

PAUL C. LANCASTER is Senior Vice President, Corporate Secretary and
Chief Financial Officer of Palcan Fuel Cells Ltd. He holds Bachelor of
Commerce and Bachelor of Laws degrees from the University of
Saskatchewan and is a Chartered Accountant. Mr. Lancaster has over 12
years of experience with leading PEM fuel cell developer Ballard Power
Systems where he served in a variety of roles, the last of which was
Vice President, Finance. He has extensive experience in business
strategy, strategic partnering, corporate communications, finance and
financial reporting. He is currently on the Board of Directors of eXi
Wireless Inc.
