Paul Buron

PAUL BURON joined TVA Group Inc. in December 2000 as Senior Vice
President and Chief Financial Officer. He is responsible for
financial services, including purchasing, budgets, accounting,
treasury, financing, strategic planning, investor relations and
acquisitions. He is an officer of the company and member of the
Executive Committee. Prior to his appointment at TVA Group, Mr.
Buron held a variety of positions such as Vice President-Finance,
Treasurer, Director-Finance, Financial Analyst and Auditor within
the following large companies : Logistec Corporation, Dohonue
Inc., Ptromont Inc., SGF Group, Ivaco Inc., Coopers & Lybrand
and ACL Audit S.A. Mr. Buron is a member of the Canadian
Institute of Chartered Accountants, the Qubec Order of Chartered
Accountants and the Canadian Association of Treasury Management.
