Paul Baay

PAUL BAAY has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of True
Energy Inc. since completion of the amalgamation on August 31, 2000.
Previously, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of Remington
Energy Ltd. from January 1, 1992 to April 1, 1999. Mr. Baay is a
University of Western Ontario graduate with a Bachelor of Arts degree.
