Paul A. Maisch

PAUL A. MAISCH is the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
of Provident Bancorp, Inc. Prior to his appointment at Provident, he was
the Chief Financial officer of Premier National Bancorp, Inc. Mr. Maisch
began his career in public accounting with Ernst & Whitney (now Ernst &
Young) after graduating from Pace University. He has extensive
experience with mergers, acquisitions and branch purchases.
