Patricia L. Moss

PATRICIA L. MOSS is the President and Chief Executive Officer of
Cascade Bancorp. She is also President and Chief Executive
Officer of Bank of the Cascades, the principal subsidiary of
Cascade Bancorp. Bank of the Cascades has received repeated
national recognition as a top performing institution. She has
been with the bank since its opening in 1977 and has held several
positions, which included operations, lending, branch manager,
human resources, CFO and COO. She earned a Bachelor’s degree from
Linfield College in Business Administration, is a graduate of the
ABA Commercial Lending School and is a certified Senior Human
Resource Professional. Ms. Moss’ active involvement in local
organizations is evidence of her strong commitment to community
leadership. She has served as a Board member for Central Oregon
Community College; Chairman, St. Charles Medial Center;
President, Bend Chamber of Commerce; President-elect, Greater
Bend Rotary; Vice Chair, United Way and several other community
roles. She graduated from Linfield College with magna cum laude
honors. She’s been Central Oregon Business Woman of the Year and
Quotarian of the Year. She has received two President’s Awards –
Bend Chamber of Commerce and was presented with the Soroptomist
International Woman of Distinction Award in the areas of
education and economics.
