Pat Lashinsky

PAT LASHINSKY, President and Chief Executive Officer of ZipRealty, Inc., serves
on the Board of Directors and is responsible for the company vision, planning
and overall strategy in addition to day-to-day oversight of the company’s
overall operations and its growth and innovation initiatives. Mr. Lashinsky has
previously served as President, Executive Vice President of Product Strategy and
Development, Vice President of Marketing and Business Development, and as Vice
President of Sales at ZipRealty. The influential real estate journal, Inman
News, named Mr. Lashinsky as one of the “Top 100 Most Influential Real Estate
People” for 2008. He is a preferred real estate source for top news media
outlets, including NBC “Nightly News,” CNN’s “Open House,” FOX Business
Network’s “America’s Nightly Scoreboard” and “Happy Hour,” CNBC’s “Squawk Box, ”
The Wall Street Journal, Associated Press and USA Today. Prior to joining
ZipRealty, Mr. Lashinsky gained more than 10 years of marketing experience
working with such household names as General Mills, Taco Bell and Del Monte.
While at General Mills, he was responsible for the creation and development of
Go-Gurt Yogurt in addition to managing brands such as Pop Secret and Chex Mix.
At Del Monte, Mr. Lashinsky was the lead for new product development. Mr.
Lashinsky has taught marketing classes at Wharton School of Business and the
Anderson School of Business at the University of California at Los Angeles. He
has a Master of Business Administration degree in Marketing from the University
of California at Los Angeles and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political
Economies from the University of California at Berkeley.
