Noel J. Sitzmann

NOEL J. SITZMANN has been Qwiz’s President and Chief Operating Officer
since September 2000 and has been leading the company’s vision and
strategy. Prior to his role as President and COO, he spent three years
as the company’s Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr.
Sitzmann came to Qwiz in 1997 as Director of Business Development for
Primedia Inc., where he was actively involved in Primedia’s acquisition
of Qwiz. In April 2001 Mr. Sitzmann, along with Mr. Cole and a private
investor group, completed a buy-out of the company and restored Qwiz to
private status.
