Noah S. Asher

Noah S. Asher was named to the position of Executive Vice President and
Chief Financial Officer of RMH Teleservices in February, 1999.
Previously, Mr. Asher was most recently with Bell Atlantic’s
International Wireless Division (BAIW), where he served in several
capacities in the United States and Mexico, including Chief Financial
Officer and Vice President of Latin American Operations. In the latter
role, Mr. Asher was part of the turnaround team sent to Grupo Iusacell,
Bell Atlantic’s Mexican wireless venture, that delivered a 200% increase
in cellular phone subscribers and earnings. Prior to working at Bell
Atlantic, Mr. Asher served in various financial positions with Scott
Paper Company in Mexico, Europe and the United States from 1989 to 1995.
He served as an auditor with Coopers & Lybrand from 1984 to 1987.
