Nigel G. Heath

Nigel G. Heath is the Chief Executive Officer and President of Cacheon,
Inc. Mr. Heath was named Chief Executive Officer and President of
Cacheon in November 1999, bringing a broad range of business and
management experience gained over 19 years in the computing industry.
Mr. Heath provided the angel seed funding for Cacheon and has been a
member of the Board of Directors since November 1999. He has built an
extremely talented and mature management team to power this Internet
infrastructure company that is unifying services, processes and
information across systems, networks and organizational boundaries. Mr.
Heath was CEO and Founder of The Solutions Group, leading this software
company from inception to sale to a publicly quoted corporation. He is a
proven leader, motivator and team player, experienced in guiding and
transiting business through startup, high growth and into the value
phase of evolution. Mr. Heath has been responsible for all operational
areas, including sales, marketing, engineering, services, finance,
administration and strategic planning. Mr. Heath graduated with an
Honors degree in Physics and Computer Science from The University of
Southampton, United Kingdom.
