Nicholas R. H. Toms

NICHOLAS R. H. TOMS is Chief Executive Officer of Vertex Interactive,
Inc., and a Vertex Director since 1999. He has been a principal of
Edwardstone, a management company, since 1986, and Chairman and CEO of
Edwardstone since 1989. From 1988-1997, Mr. Toms served as Chairman,
President and CEO of Peak Technologies. From 1985-1996 Mr. Toms served
as Director of Lyton Group, Inc., a corporation involved in general
aviation.
