Nicholas J. Williams

NICHOLAS J. WILLIAMS joined Premisys Communications, Inc. in 1997 as
President and Chief Operating Officer. He was named Chief Executive
Officer and President in 1998. Mr. Williams has more than 20 years of
experience in the computing and communications industry. Mr. Williams
also held management positions at IBM. He is graduate of the U.S. Naval
Academy and U.S. Marine Corps aviator.
