Murray G. Johnston

MURRAY G. JOHNSTON joined Winpak Ltd. in 1999 as Vice President
and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Winpak, Mr.
Johnston held positions initially with Ernst & Young, followed by
18 years with Harlequin Enterprises, including eight years as
Vice President, Finance, International, and preceding Winpak,
Design Systems/Weekenders as Vice President, Finance. During his
career, he has lived in New Zealand, England, Switzerland,
Australia and Canada.
