Mitchell B. Campbell

Mitchell B. Campbell is President and CEO of Refractec, Inc. In July
1997, Mr. Campbell took control of the company and has since brought
together a management team to commercialize the ViewPoint_ CK System and
Conductive Keratoplasty (CK) procedure. Mr. Campbell is an entrepreneur
who has assisted a number of start-up companies in their development and
strategic planning activities. From July 1994 to August 1996, Mr.
Campbell was a Director and Vice President, Sales, for an Internet
company, which consummated a successful initial public offering in May
of 1995. Prior to this, Mr. Campbell served as a Officer at Bank of
America for nine years.
