Mike Patton

Mike PATTON, President and CEO of Devin Energy Corporation, he graduated
from Auburn University in 1969 with a BS in Business, earned his
Master’s of Business degree at Samford University and graduated from
Birmingham School of Law. Mr. Patton’s previous work experience entails
being a Captain in the US Army and working as a consultant with
explosive companies servicing the oil, coal, quarry and constructions
trades. He also was associated with a California company involved in
coal and oil investments, and gained additional knowledge via his
experience with Merrill Lynch. As a result of his vast experience,
including law, coal and oil interests, Mr. Patton and his wife, Gayle,
formed Three Star Drilling and Producing Corporation in 1980. The
company has grown considerably since its inception and at the direction
of Mr. Patton has not only diversified, but is continuing to expand its
base of operation. In addition to being President of Three Star
Drilling, Mr. Patton is also Chief Executive Officer and President of
Devin Energy Corporation, which is a public company on the Vancouver
Stock Exchange, and Vice President of America’s Travel and Vacation
Club, which has properties in Cocoa and Kissimmee, Florida; Gatlinburg,
Tennessee; Cancun and Quintana Roo, Mexico; Kauai, Hawaii; and Lake of
the Ozarks, Missouri.
