Mike Bidwell

MIKE BIDWELL has served as Chief Operating Officer of The Dwyer Group,
Inc., since July 2000, President of Mr. Rooter Plumbing and Mr.
Appliance since September 1998, and as President of Rainbow
International between July 1995 and April 2002. Mr. Bidwell was a
Rainbow franchisee in Tucson, Arizona, from April 1984 to June 1995, and
a Mr. Rooter franchisee from August 1992 to June 1995. From 1986 to
1995, He served as President of Ramsoo, Inc., an Arizona corporation
which operated Rainbow and Rooter franchises in Tucson, Arizona. From
November 1987 until July 24, 1995, Mr. Bidwell was a franchisee and
regional director for Worldwide Refinishing Systems. From June 1980
until April 1984, he was a material control analyst and project buyer
for Shell Oil Co. in Houston, Texas. Mr. Bidwell graduated from the
University of Arizona with a BBA in Economics and Finance in May 1980.
