Mikael Lilius

MIKAEL LILIUS is currently the President and CEO of Gambro AB,
Stockholm. Prior to Gambro, Mr. Lilius served as the President and CEO
of several other companies: President and CEO of Incentive AB, Stockholm
(1991); President and CEO of KF Industri AB (Nordico), Stockholm (1989);
and President of the Packing Division of Huhtamai Oy, Helsinki (1986).
Mr. Lilius also serves as Director of Huhtamaki Oy, Instrumentarium Oy,
Perlos Oy, Finland, and Forvaltnings AB Ratos, Sweden. Lilius received
his MBA from the Helsinki School of Economics. He is married with three
children.
