Michael West

MICHAEL WEST is President and Chief Executive Officer of CE Franklin
Ltd. The Board of Directors appointed Mr. West to those positions in
January 2002. He held the executive position of Vice President,
Operations, in the supply and distribution business for Western Canada’s
oil and gas industry for the past five and a half years. Prior to
joining the oil and gas sector in 1996, Mr. West worked for 11 years in
various capacities in the automotive after market industry. His areas of
expertise include operations, sales, procurement and logistics
management.
