Michael S. West

MICHAEL S. WEST joined CE Franklin Ltd. as President and Chief Executive Officer
in 2002. He also served as Chairman of the Board from December 2003 to April
2008. Mr. West has held executive positions in the oilfield supply and
distribution business for the past 12 years. Prior to 1996, he worked for 11
years in various capacities in the automotive aftermarkets industry.
