Michael Ryan

Michael Ryan has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Gilman
Ciocia, Inc., since 2002; he has been a Director of Gilman Ciocia since 1999.
Previously Mr. Ryan co-founded and served as the President of Prime Capital
Services, a wholly owned subsidiary of Gilman Ciocia, in 1987. Mr. Ryan holds a
B.S. in Finance from Syracuse University.
