Michael Rohleder

MICHAEL ROHLEDER is Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing of ON
Semiconductor Corporation. Mr. Rohleder brings a strong background in
the electronics distribution industry to ON Semiconductor after serving
as President and Chief Executive Officer of Wyle Electronics, a member
of the VEBA Electronics Group, from 1997 to 1999. Prior to Wyle, Mr.
Rohleder was President and CEO of Insight Electronics, also a member of
the VEBA Electronics Group. Before joining Insight and the VEBA
Electronics Group, he served as Vice President of Sales for Western
Microtechnology, a distributor of components and systems products. Since
joining ON Semiconductor, he has launched a number of supply-chain and
Web-related initiatives that have resulted in ON Semiconductor being
recognized as an industry leader in customer service. Mr. Rohleder has
been instrumental in building supply-chain solutions implemented through
Insight and Wyle for customers such as Cisco Systems, Lucent INS,
Solectron and many others.
