Michael R. Cote

MICHAEL R. COTE is President and Chief Executive Officer of SecureWorks.
Mr. Cote has served on senior management teams for technology companies
since 1992. Prior to joining SecureWorks in January of 2002, he
negotiated the sale of two companies in which he was a shareholder and
senior officer, one for $450 million and another for $65 million,
completed three dozen acquisitions worth $1.6 billion, and led equity
offerings generating $261 million. Revenue growth during his tenure as
partner and COO of a privately held software company topped 75% year
after year. Mr. Cote is a Certified Public Accountant with a Business
degree from Boston College.
