Michael M. Barbour

MICHAEL M. BARBOUR, a native Houstonian, has served as President and
Chief Executive Officer of Henley Healthcare since May 1991. Prior to
forming the Company, he had over 30 years experience in the health
care field. Mr. Barbour served as President of Surgimedics, a Houston,
Texas manufacturer and distributor of laser accessory products from
April 1984 to January 1987. From January 1987 to April 1991, he served
as President of Medical Training Centers of America, which provided
training to doctors in the medical and surgical uses of lasers. Mr.
Barbour graduated from the University of Houston in 1967 with a B.B.A.
in Marketing.
