Michael John Sipple-Asher

MICHAEL JOHN SIPPLE-ASHER is the Chief Executive Officer of Drew
Scientific Group Plc. He holds a degree in Economics and in Hispanic
Literature from Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island. He also
holds an MBA from I.E.S.E., in Barcelona, Spain. In 1992, Mr. Sipple-
Asher joined Instrumentation Laboratory. He was appointed Vice
President Clinical Chemistry Worldwide. In 1996 he joined Coulter
Electronics Ltd as Area Manager Eastern Mediterranean, and Commercial
Manager Coulter UK and International. In 1998 he joined Drew Scientific
Group Plc as Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Sipple-Asher is married and
has three children.
