Michael J. Cooper

MICHAEL J. COOPER, President and Chief Executive Officer of Dundee
Realty Corporation since its creation in 1996, has led the company to
its position as one of Canada’s largest owners, managers and developers
of real estate. Prior to joining Dundee Realty, Mr. Cooper was Vice
President at Goodman & Company, responsible for investments in real
estate and for establishing and co-managing the Dynamic Real Estate
Funds, now managed by Oscar Belaiche. Mr. Cooper currently sits on the
Board of Trustees of Residential Equities REIT and the Board of
Directors of The Toronto Symphony Orchestra, among others. He holds a
Law degree from the University of Western Ontario and received a Masters
in Business Administration from York University in 1986.
