Michael I. Ruxin

MICHAEL I. RUXIN, M.D., founded Global Med Technologies, Inc. in 1995
and PeopleMed.com, Inc. in 1999. Dr. Ruxin has been the Chairman and
Chief Executive Officer of Global Med and its predecessor since 1989.
Dr. Ruxin received a BA degree from the University of Pittsburgh and a
MD degree from the University of Southern California. Dr. Ruxin is a
licensed physician in California and Colorado.
