Michael H. Magusiak

MICHAEL H. MAGUSIAK has been President and Director of CEC
Entertainment, Inc., since June 1994. From June 1988-June 1994 he
was Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and
Director. Prior to joining ShowBiz Pizza Time, Inc., he was
Assistant Controller, Financial Accounting of Church’s Fried
Chicken, Inc., from July 1982-June 1987. Before that, he was
Senior Auditor of Holiday Inns, Inc., from June 1978-June 1982.
Mr. Magusiak has a BS degree in Accounting from the University of
Southern Mississippi, and a Master’s degree in Business
Administration from the University of Texas at San Antonio. He is
a Certified Public Accountant.
