Michael Finley Lawrence Blair

MICHAEL FINLEY LAWRENCE BLAIR is President and Chief Executive Officer
of Automodular Corporation. Prior to joining Automodular he was an
Associate with McKinsey & Company, Inc., from 1964-1974; Vice President
of Corporate Development at Canadian General Electric Company Limited
from 1978-1984; President and Chief Executive Officer, The Enfield
Corporation Limited. Mr. Blair is also Chairman and Chief Executive
Officer, Dominion Citrus Limited (formerly a division of Algonquin
Mercantile Corporation). He is affiliated with the RMC Club of Canada.
Mr. Blair has a BA degree in History from Royal Military College of
Canada and an MBA from the University of Western Ontario.
