Michael F. Henn

MICHAEL F. HENN is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial
Officer of Exult, Inc. Mr. Henn’s background includes six years
as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at KB Home,
one of the largest homebuilders by volume in the US, and nine
years at The Vons Companies, where he served as Executive Vice
President and Chief Financial and Administrative Officer.
Immediately prior to joining Exult, Mr. Henn was President of the
Meyers Group, a real estate consulting company in Irvine,
California. He received both his BS and MBA from Northern
Illinois University.
