Michael E. McGuinness

MICHAEL E. MCGUINNESS is President and Chief Executive Officer of
NuGenesis’ Technologies Corporation. Prior to joining the company, Mr.
McGuinness served as a Senior Executive at Parametric Technology
Corporation, a Massachusetts-based software company, where as head of
sales, he was instrumental in growing Parametric’s business from pre-
revenue to $800 million over a period of nine years. Most recently at
Parametric, he served as Executive Vice President of Research and
Development and Marketing, involved in all aspects of managing a high
growth enterprise. Mr. McGuinness received a Bachelor of Science degree
from Fairfield University, Fairfield, CT.
