Michael Dunn

MICHAEL DUNN serves as the Chief Executive Officer of PolyVision
Corporation and is a member of its board of directors. Prior to joining
PolyVision, Mr. Dunn was the Chairman and CEO of Alliance International,
a company acquired by PolyVision in 1998. Mr. Dunn served as the
President of Alliance from 1985 to 1992 and rejoined Alliance in 1997 as
part of a leveraged buyout, made in conjunction with a financial
partner. From 1992 to 1997 Mr. Dunn served as the CEO of a leading
manufacturing enterprise software firm. During the preceding fifteen
year period, Mr. Dunn served in various management positions with
companies involved primarily in the technology sector. Mr. Dunns’ civic
activities are focused in children’s charities, the YMCA and Best Kids,
an after school mentoring and care program for latchkey kids.
