Michael Buckley

MICHAEL BUCKLEY is the Group Chief Executive Designate of AIB Group Plc.
He is also the Managing Director of AIB Capital Markets, Managing
Director of the Poland Division, and Executive Director of AIB Group. In
1991, he joined AIB Group and spent two years as Head of Investment
Banking, AIB Capital Markets Division based in Dublin, Ireland. From
1990 to 1991, he was appointed Managing Director of NCB Group. Mr
Buckley holds an MA, LPH from the National University of Ireland. He is
Member of the Securities Insitute and Fellow of the Irish Institute of
Bankers. Mr Buckley is married to Anne and has three children.
