Michael Brandofino

MICHAEL BRANDOFINO is the Chief Executive Officer of Glowpoint, Inc. He has been
the CEO of Glowpoint since April 2006, overseeing substantial improvements in
revenue, gross margins and operating expenses. Prior to being appointed the CEO,
he was the Chief Technology Officer and was responsible for developing the
Glowpoint network, and the managed video services business model. Mr. Brandofino
is one of the leading visionaries in the telepresence, videoconferencing and
video communication industries, and was recently awarded TeleSpan’s 2008 Pace
Award and named to the Board of the IMCCA, a non-profit industry association
specializing in the conferencing and collaboration market. He has also been
recognized for his managerial and technical capabilities, with a selection by
Ernst and Young as one of the top 25 entrepreneurs in New Jersey for 2007, and
by the New Jersey Technical Council as a finalist for the 2005 CIO/CTO of the
Year award. His team at Glowpoint continues to pioneer numerous breakthrough
features and services, having earned one patent, with eight other patents
pending.
