Michael J. Nikiforuk

MICHAEL A. J. NIKIFORUK is a Founder of African Gold Group, Inc., and
member of the Board of Directors and Corporated Development Officer. He
is a former Vice President, Corporate Development, Banro Resource Corp.,
a Toronto-based mining company. He represented Banro in three rounds of
equity financings totaling approximately $30 million.
