MAX E. KATZ is Chief Financial Officer and Member of the Executive Board of Kuoni Travel Holding Ltd. Prior to joining Kuoni Travel he was a Product Manager at Unilever (Elida Cosmetics AG), Zurich, Regional Controller at Jacobs Suchard Ltd., Zurich, Director of Finances & Information Services and Member of Management at Mars Inc., Director of Finances & Information Services and Member of Management at Hrlimann Holding AG, Zurich and Chief Financial Officer and Member of the Executive Board of Kuoni Travel Holding Ltd., Zurich. Mr, Katz is also a Member of the International Advisory Board of a Foreign Bank, Member of the Advisory Board of an Investment Fund and Member of the Board of Trustees, AWI – Investment Foundation Winterthur. Mr. Katz graduated from College of Advanced Economics and Administration (HWV) in Zurich Graduating as industrial economist.
