MATTHEW KELLEY joined Moors & Cabot, Inc., in September 2002 as an
equity research analyst. Before joining Moors & Cabot, he spent four
years as an analyst covering banks and thrifts at RBC Capital Markets
and Tucker Anthony (acquired by the Royal Bank of Canada in 2001). Mr.
Kelley holds a BS in finance from Marquette University and is a member
of the BancAnalysts Association of Boston.
