Matthew Goldsmith

MATTHEW GOLDSMITH is the Managing Director of Lighthouse Group Plc. He
left Bristol Business School in 1990. He went on to join Imperial
Trident (later Lincoln Assurance) in their most successful practise,
specialising in pensions for high-earning City professionals. Through a
succession programme with the practise principle, he assumed control,
applying the principles behind the Lighthouse Development Model to
double sales revenues within a year.
