Mason Slaine

MASON SLAINE has been President and CEO of Information Holdings Inc.,
since January 1997. Prior to co-founding Information Holdings, Mr.
Slaine was President and CEO of Thomson Financial Services (TFS), a
billion dollar subsidiary of The Thomson Corporation. Prior to his
management responsibilities at Thomson, Mr. Slaine was active in
developing several important information/publishing companies, including
The Dealer’s Digest Inc., Securities Data Company and Chemical Week
magazine. He holds an A.B. (magna cum laude) from Amherst College and a
master’s degree from The Harvard Business School.
