Marvin Winkler

MARVIN WINKLER is Co-Chairman, Co-Chief Executive Officer of SSP
Solutions, Inc. Recognizing tremendous opportunity in monetizing
Internet content, Mr. Winkler founded Biz Interactive Zone (BIZ)
to address the security technology challenges being faced by
companies communicating and transacting via the Web. In August
2001, BIZ merged with Litronic to form SSP Solutions, named after
BIZ’s flagship product line of Core to the Edge_ hardware,
software and firmware products designed to embed trust and
security throughout the electronic transaction chain. Mr. Winkler
is SSP’s co-Chairman of the Board and co-Chief Executive Officer.
Before venturing into the technology field, Mr. Winkler was the
first to license trademarks, including intellectual property, for
Disney, Warner Brothers, Universal Studios (Vivendi), Bodyglove,
Ocean Pacific, and professional sports franchises including
National Football League, the National Hockey League, the
National Basketball Association and Magic Johnson. Mr. Winkler
founded American Marketing Works, cited by Inc. magazine in 1989
as the fifteenth fastest-growing company in America; and acquired
Gotcha International in 1996. Mr. Winkler’s honors include Cedars
Sinai Man of the Year and the Fashion Industries Guild Man of the
Year.
