Martin Kits Van Heyningen

MARTIN A. KITS VAN HEYNINGEN, a founder of KVH Industries, Inc., has
been President and a Director of the company since 1982 and has served
as Chief Executive Officer since 1990. Previously he held a position as
a marketing consultant for the New England Consulting Group. Mr. Kits
van Heyningen earned a BA cum laude from Yale University.
