Mark V. Kaminski

MARK V. KAMINSKI is President, Chief Executive Officer and a Director of
Commonwealth Industries, Inc. Mr. Kaminski joined the company in 1987 as
Marketing Manager. In 1989, he was promoted to Vice President of
Operations and in 1991 he became President and Chief Executive Officer.
He is Chairman of the Board of Secat, Inc.
