Mark Thornley

MARK THORNLEY, Chief Financial Officer of Coretec Inc., joined the
company in January 2002 after having served as Senior Vice President of
IMAX Corporation, a Nasdaq and TSX listed company. He received his MBA
degree from Toronto’s York University in 1988 and has a Bachelor of
Commerce undergraduate degree from the University of Toronto.
