Mark Thomson

MARK THOMSON is President of MDX Medical Inc. He brings over 20 years of
business development and marketing experience in the medical technology
industry. He has been involved extensively with negotiating distribution
and marketing agreements within major global markets including the US,
Asia and Europe. Most recently he was the founder, President and Chief
Executive Officer of Selfcare Diagnostics, a company that distributed
medical devices and related services to the consumer healthcare market.
Previously, he served as President and CEO of Helena Canada Inc., where
he led the development and market launch of their diagnostic screening
devices. In addition, he has provided comprehensive business development
expertise to Synapse Technologies and G.E. Medical Systems. Mr. Thomson
holds an Executive MBA from the University of Western Ontario as well as
Bachelors of Science in Biology and Chemistry.
