Mark T. Turnage

MARK T. TURNAGE is the President and COO of Denver-based Optical
Security Group, Inc., which provides innovative anti-counterfeiting
technologies for governments and corporations worldwide. Mr. Turnage
joined OpSec in 1994 as Vice President of Corporate Affairs. He moved to
head the firm’s international operations as Managing Director of the
London subsidiary during 1995, returning to Denver in 1997 to assume his
current post. Prior to joining OpSec, Mr. Turnage served with McKinsey &
Co. in New York, specializing as a Consultant on corporate strategic
affairs. He also has worked as an Attorney with the Denver law firm of
Davis, Graham & Stubbs, focusing on securities law and litigation. Other
assignments Mr. Turnage has held include work with the U.S. State
Department, as well as with the offshore oil exploration industry in the
North Sea and the Middle East. Mr. Turnage was educated at Yale Law
School (JD), Oxford University (BA, MA) and the University of Colorado,
Boulder (BA). He is married and has three children.
