Mark Loehr

MARK LOEHR was appointed Chief Executive Officer of SoundView Technology
Group in February 2001 and is responsible for the strategic direction of
the firm. He has been with SoundView since March 1999, when he joined as
Head of Investment Banking. He was named co-President in June 2000.
Prior to joining SoundView, Mr. Loehr held senior management positions
in equity capital markets, sales and trading at Salomon Smith Barney,
its predecessor Smith Barney, and CS First Boston. He began his career
in 1978 as an Equity Trader. Mr. Loehr holds a Bachelor of Arts in
Economics from Cornell University.
